About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Social Tec Hunting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation in the industrialization sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct in-depth analysis of assigned markets to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to address them.
  2. Customer Engagement: Lead the generation of RFQ/RFI responses, providing continuous contact and follow-up with new customers to ensure a competitive and attractive proposal.
  3. Proposal Development: Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to develop and present detailed proposals to clients, ensuring a strong understanding of their needs and expectations.
  4. Account Management: Monitor and manage customer accounts, working closely with the Business Unit Director to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with project teams to achieve sales targets.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to the Business Unit Director, highlighting key indicators and recommendations for future strategy.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record in setting up and managing sales channels in the electronic industry.
  2. Leadership: Ability to provide vision, direction, and strategy, with a strong focus on transforming them into actionable plans.
  3. Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, active sales proficiency, and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  4. Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; master's degree is advantageous.
  5. Language: Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
