Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Accountant to join our team. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all accounting daily operations, preparing payment and authorization files, and ensuring control over financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting daily operations, including data entry and record keeping, collection tracking, and expense tracking.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Prepare payment and authorization files, as well as month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Ensure control over financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the administration department with additional administrative duties as necessary.

Requirements

  • You have a native level of Italian and a fluent level of English; Spanish is a plus.
  • You have a degree in accounting, business administration, economics, or similar.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar position in the Italian market.
  • You have high knowledge of ERP (SAP, SAGE, Navision, or similar) and Excel.
  • You have interest and ability to multi-task in a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • You are able to prioritize workload and ability to work with strict reporting deadlines.
