Galderma, a leading dermatology company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial data, as well as providing support for our global commercial and functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and submit financial reports, including monthly actual figures and statutory accounts, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- Provide support for the establishment and submission of VAT declarations for our main entity based in Switzerland, which has multiple VAT registrations in the EU.
- Act as the main contact for our travel expenses tool (Concur) and provide support for other corporate entities on various matters.
- Collaborate with the outsource accounting department and other stakeholders to simplify financial accounting activities and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Strong background in accounting, with experience in financial reporting and VAT.
- Proficiency in IFRS and local GAAP reporting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
