About the Role
Stryker is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Mako Robotics Specialist to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our clinical field service team, you will provide expert support to surgeons and healthcare professionals in the use of our Mako robotics system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical product support to end-users, including surgeons, healthcare professionals, and nurses, to ensure optimal use of the Mako robotics system.
- Deliver on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures to ensure precision and accuracy in implant placement.
- Prepare pre-operative CT scans for use with the Robotic Arm Interactive Orthopaedic Mako system to assist surgeons in preoperative implant planning and sizing.
- Collaborate with sales representatives and marketing teams to increase public awareness and highlight clinical benefits of our products.
- Build strong relationships with key surgeons and OR staff at targeted accounts to drive account growth.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a clinical support specialist, nurse, physiotherapist, application specialist, product specialist, or similar.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the medical field, with a strong understanding of orthopedic surgery.
- University degree in biomedical engineering, medical technology, health sciences, or similar.
- Strong customer interaction experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
