Social Media Manager

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be a specialist in social network management, community creation, and audience engagement. They will work as part of a Social Media team and with the support of the entire creative design and content creation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the social media strategy and annual social plan.
- Manage brand content, including scheduling, creation, and coordination with paid media teams and digital areas.
- Participate in the development of brand communication plans, including content calendars, creative briefs, and community management.
- Identify innovation opportunities with platform and media partners, and work with influencers to drive endorsement and reviews.
- Collaborate with Digital Designers to oversee production for video and stills.
- Define KPIs and objectives to measure campaign success, and report and analyze performance and results.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of community management experience at a recognized B2C brand or agency.
- Creative, organizational, and content planning skills.
- Experience working natively within platforms and using social management tools and social listening tools.
- Active user of social channels such as Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Advanced Excel and PPT skills.
- Experience working with content production agencies and influencers.
- Flexibility to travel and attend events.
