Ecommerce Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Marketplace Manager to join our dynamic e-commerce team at Remotivate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our Amazon presence, ensuring seamless product listings, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize Seller Central to monitor performance metrics and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Ensure product information is up-to-date, accurate, and in compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
- Monitor and manage case logging activities with Amazon Seller Support, including tracking, documenting, and resolving cases promptly, assertively, and accurately.
- Manage and certify product information, develop and refine product listings, and rigorously analyze catalog performance to spotlight areas of improvement.
- Monitor planned promotions and provide strategic recommendations, address Listing Health issues, and troubleshoot.
- Monitor Amazon Account Health, identify Account Health issues, and troubleshoot.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 3+ years of experience as an Amazon Marketplace Manager, Brand Manager, Catalog Manager, or similar role.
- 3-5 years of experience with the Amazon Marketplace.
- Prior experience with a large catalog (preferably 1000 SKUs+), high revenue accounts, and large, complex variations.
- Background in e-commerce product management.
- Prior experience with Seller Central, Amazon flat files, and Amazon-specific analytics and research tools (Helium 10, Data Dive, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of Excel.
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) processes and logistics.
- Understanding of SEO best practices inside and out.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (preferred).
