We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Consumer Disputes team. As a Team Lead, you'll be responsible for coaching, leading, and supporting your team members to deliver high-quality solutions to mitigate legal consumer risks and increase customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coaching and leading a high-performing team to achieve results-oriented and innovative solutions.
  • Managing day-to-day prioritization and workflow to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
  • Reporting on KPIs and performance follow-up to ensure team success.
  • Supporting team members in writing, editing, and approving communication material to consumer authorities and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinating legal inquiries with the Legal and Regulatory team and GDPR inquiries with the DPO team.
  • Leading initiatives and projects, and coordinating team members on them.
  • Measuring, analyzing, and reporting on results to improve team performance and optimize business processes.
