About the RoleWe are seeking an Associate AML/KYC to join our client-centric team of bright and motivated individuals. As an Associate AML/KYC, you will support prestigious clients in the alternative investment fund industry in their day-to-day operations through our proprietary platform. Your main responsibilities will include timely delivery of transfer agency processes and other compliance-related matters via the platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform daily fund operations for assigned clients, adhering to individual client needs
- Execute tasks within transfer agency processes on our platform, focusing on AML/KYC checks
- Collect KYC information and prepare it for review and approval under the guidance of our Compliance team
- Ensure efficient and comprehensive filing and maintenance of transactions and investor records on our platform
- Support liaison and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to meet client needs
- Deliver timely and efficient responses to client queries
- Prepare and deliver input for regulatory, client, and investor reporting
- Support processing and confirmation of capital activities
- Support new client onboarding and new fund launches to successful completion
- Participate in training and development activities and explore technological advances of our proprietary platform
- Support continuous improvement of our platform by providing regular user feedback
- Degree in law, compliance, finance, economics, business, or management
- First professional experience in a similar position, including internships or entry-level roles
- Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar position or with client exposure
- Fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- First experience in a Fund/Corporate/Finance/Legal specialist team
- First experience with client exposure
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple deliverables and stakeholders simultaneously
