**About the role**:
As a **Fund Services - Associate (AML/KYC)**, you will work in a client-centric team of bright and motivated individuals. Together with your team, you will support prestigious clients in the alternative investment fund industry in their day-to-day operations through fundcraft’s proprietary platform. In the team, you will mainly be responsible for the timely delivery of transfer agency processes and other compliance-related matters via the fundcraft platform and you will be reporting to a Fund Services - Senior Associate or Manager.
**What you can expect to do in the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform your responsibilities in the daily fund operations of your team’s assigned clients, according to the individual clients’ needs
- Execute your tasks within transfer agency processes on fundcraft’s platform with a special focus on AML/KYC checks
- Collect KYC information and prepare it for review and approval under guidance of our Compliance team
- Ensure that all transactions and investor records are filed and maintained efficiently and comprehensively on fundcraft’s platform
- Support and facilitate the liaison and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that client needs are met
- Deliver your input for responses to client queries, in a timely and efficient manner
- Prepare and deliver your input for regulatory, client, and investor reporting
- Support the processing and confirmation capital activities
- Support new client onboarding & new fund launches to successful completion
- Participate in the training and development activities and dive deep into the technological advances of fundcraft’s proprietary platform
- Support the continuous improvement of fundcraft’s platform by acting as a “power user” and providing regular user feedback
**Must-Have Experience / Qualifications**:
- Degree in law, compliance, finance, economics, business,or management
- First professional experience in a similar position in the form of internships or entry-level roles
- Have** around 2 years of experience in a similar position**, or with client exposure
- Spanish: fluent level (spoken and written)
- English: fluent level (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of Google workspace and Microsoft Office
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Masters degree
- First experience in a Fund/Corporate/Finance/Legal specialist team
- First experience with client exposure
- Ability to prioritize and handle several deliverables multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Problem solving and analytical skills
