Job Summary:

The Luxury Store Manager is responsible for the overall success of our commercial store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and supervise staff, maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards, and make informed decisions to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a positive experience and are satisfied with their purchases.
  2. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, including sales closing and customer acquisition.
  3. Store Operations: Oversee store administration, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  4. Staff Management: Assign tasks, monitor staff performance, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
  5. Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills, setting a positive example for staff and promoting a culture of excellence.
  7. Decision Making: Make informed decisions to drive business results, including decisions related to inventory, staffing, and store operations.
