We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at a luxury brand in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with sales associates to enhance their selling skills and close sales to meet sales goals and KPIs.
- Manage sales team performance, participate in their development, and contribute to the store's turnover through sales actions.
- Assist the management team with daily operations, back office activities, and planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales performance.
- 2-3 years' experience as a Manager or similar position for a luxury brand.
- Previous experience in selling high-end luxury products, preferably shoes and leather goods accessories.
- Excellent understanding of store procedures, selling, and CRM techniques.
- Strong client-telling skills to maintain client contact and build long-term relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English mandatory.
