About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Baxter International Inc, a leading global healthcare company, as an Emea Training Manager. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive training program to drive commercial excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of commercial teams, including product, therapy, sales, and marketing skills.
  • Collaborate with Senior Stakeholders: Work closely with senior stakeholders in the commercial team to define and deliver effective learning and development solutions that support business goals.
  • Content Innovation and Development: Develop and implement innovative training content to support product launches and ensure that programs are implemented effectively and in alignment with business needs.
  • Regional and Country Training Needs: Identify regional and country training needs and source/design/deliver solutions to meet these needs.
  • Training Effectiveness and Sustainability: Evaluate the effectiveness and sustainability of commercial learning and development interventions and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Relevant Qualifications: Relevant learning and development qualification preferred, with experience in a commercial environment, including learning and development management, training needs analysis, design and delivery of training programs, and blended learning solutions.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory, and other European languages are advantageous.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required in a business or science-related discipline, with 5+ years of experience in sales/commercial roles in the pharmaceutical/healthcare environment.
