Commercial & Bid Manager

Job Summary
The Commercial & Bid Manager will be responsible for managing the bid process for Airbus Crisa, ensuring that all proposals are prepared and submitted on time and within budget. This role will involve working closely with the sales and contracts team to develop and implement bid strategies, as well as managing the bid team and coordinating with technical teams, finance experts, and legal experts to obtain the necessary expertise and approvals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement bid strategies to ensure that all proposals are prepared and submitted on time and within budget
- Manage the bid team and coordinate with technical teams, finance experts, and legal experts to obtain the necessary expertise and approvals
- Ensure that all proposals are compliant with Airbus' policies and procedures
- Coordinate with the sales and contracts team to develop and implement bid strategies
- Manage the bid process from start to finish, including the preparation and submission of proposals
- Ensure that all bid-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Provide support to the sales and contracts team as needed
Requirements
- Post-graduate Master degree in business administration or engineering
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in bid management in an international environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Language Requirements
- English and Spanish must be at negotiation level
- French (negotiation level) would be appreciated
