We're Looking for a Sales Executive

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales process, from initial contact to contract signature.

Your Role in BizAway

Full Cycle Position: You will be responsible for researching and prospecting new clients in the DACH region, running outbound campaigns, presenting our solution to potential clients, and leading negotiations from discovery to contract.

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  3. Present our travel solutions to a range of clients, including C-level executives, HR directors, and travel managers.
  4. Lead negotiations and close deals to meet sales targets.
  5. Forecast sales revenue and provide visibility into the deal pipeline.
  6. Be an ambassador for our brand, attending industry events and conferences as needed.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance sales performance.
Your Qualifications
  • You have a native level of German and a good level of English (both written and spoken).
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing sales development representative.
  • You have a strong work ethic and are self-motivated.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
