About the Role:

As a German Junior Campaign Specialist, you will partner with new clients to develop their first online advertising campaigns, working towards individual targets in a goal-driven environment. You will be responsible for increasing spend, upselling, and ensuring sustainability, while handling a high volume of potential clients on a daily basis through phone calls.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective PPC campaigns for new clients
  • Understand and meet the needs and objectives of customers
  • Drive revenue growth and ensure long-term sustainability
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications
  • EU ID or Spanish Residence card
  • German C1 level plus English C1
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
