About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Campaign and Marketing Specialist to join our team at German eTrade GmbH. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and improving campaigns to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
Requirements
  • Native-level German language skills and fluency in English (B2)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising, sales experience not mandatory
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and identify the right information
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach
