Position: Junior Campaign Specialist

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key player in our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns for our German-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them to develop and implement effective PPC strategies
  • Accurately assess client needs and goals, creating opportunities to maximize spend and ensure long-term sustainability
  • Manage a high volume of potential clients daily, engaging proactively by phone to drive success for our clients

Requirements:

  • C2 in German (oral and written) and fluent in English (B2+ level)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a Master's in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a strong plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and time management skills
  • A client-focused mindset with a genuine interest in customer interaction
