Job Title: German Junior Campaign Specialist in Barcelona

At Cross Border Talents, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented German Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our onboarding team, you will play a crucial role in helping new clients develop their first online advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with assigned clients to onboard and develop PPC campaigns
  • Understand customer needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions
  • Drive spend growth, upsell, and sustainability through effective campaign management
  • Handle high-volume client interactions via phone calls, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Native-level German and high-level English proficiency
