Exciting Opportunity: Junior Campaign Specialist in Barcelona

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult and collaborate with partners to develop successful Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns.
  • Understand and achieve partner goals by accurately assessing needs and creating opportunities to maximize spend and ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Manage a high volume of potential clients daily, engaging proactively by phone to drive success for a large portfolio of prospective partners.
Requirements:
  • Languages: C2 in German (oral and written) and fluent in English (B2+ level).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a Master's in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a strong plus.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in sales and/or online advertising.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; strong analytical abilities and time management skills; client-focused mindset with a genuine interest in customer interaction.
