Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise operation and maintenance (O&M) activities, including reporting and contract management.
- Manage spare parts inventory for both internal and contractor resources.
- Identify and implement interventions to enhance the performance of renewable energy assets.
- Assist in negotiating and managing O&M service contracts, maintaining relationships with external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with revenue maintenance conditions for renewable assets.
- Guarantee the integrity and reliability of production equipment in line with industry standards.
- Stay updated on technical and legal regulations within the renewable energy sector.
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess asset conditions and oversee contractor performance.
- Mitigate health, safety, and environmental risks associated with asset management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the photovoltaic or wind energy sectors, particularly in maintenance or construction of large-scale facilities.
- Prior involvement in the construction or operation of renewable energy assets is advantageous.
- Familiarity with photovoltaic and/or wind technologies, as well as electrical systems (LV, MV, and possibly HV).
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
