About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Playnetic's team as a Commercial Performance Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our studios and external partners. Your primary focus will be on presenting our products to clients, understanding their needs, and finding solutions to meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Game Demos: Develop and deliver engaging game demos that showcase features and potential for clients.
  2. Assist Account Managers: Provide insights and data to support account managers in managing client relationships effectively.
  3. Launch Tracker: Monitor all upcoming game launches to ensure seamless execution.
  4. Placement Tracker: Record and analyze the placement of games and content across platforms to maximize visibility and success.
  5. Market Research – Competitors and Ops: Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of the industry.
  6. Trends Report: Identify and compile key trends in the market and gaming industry to guide strategy and decision-making.
  7. Weekly Reporting - Internal: Prepare and deliver internal weekly reports summarizing performance, milestones, and key insights.
  8. Monthly Reports - Internal: Create detailed monthly reports for internal stakeholders to track progress and understand trends.
  9. Game Launch Reports: Produce comprehensive reports on game launches, analyzing performance, engagement, and user feedback.
  10. Operator Monthly Performance Review: Deliver monthly performance reviews to operators, analyzing their key metrics and providing actionable recommendations.
  11. Game Metrics Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on game performance metrics to ensure all key indicators are met.
  12. Roadmap Recommendations - Internal: Develop and recommend strategies for the internal roadmap, guiding future development.
  13. Roadmap Recommendations - External: Provide recommendations for the external roadmap, aligning it with market demands and operator needs.
  14. Operator Insights - Operational: Generate valuable operational insights that improve operator performance and efficiency.
  15. Operator Analysis: Perform detailed analyses of operator data, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and growth opportunities.
  16. Weekly Release Roundup (Competitors): Compile a weekly roundup of competitor game releases, keeping the team informed of the competitive landscape.
  17. New Market Research: Research emerging markets, identifying potential growth opportunities.
  18. Existing Market Trends Reviews: Regularly review and analyze current market trends to ensure strategies stay relevant and responsive to changes.

The overarching goal is to establish a specialized team of game experts and data analysts to drive collaboration between internal studios and external partners. This team will be a crucial resource for sharing insights, improving game performance, and creating market-leading products. By bridging the gap between suppliers and operators, Playnetic will foster a collaborative environment that enhances product development, strengthens relationships with partners, and distinguishes itself in the marketplace.
