Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Business Advisor to provide strategic guidance and advice to senior business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in a strategic advisory role, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide strategic advice to senior management stakeholders on improving operations and increasing profitability.
  2. Examine financial reports to identify areas of weakness and recommend solutions.
  3. Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and threats to the business model.
  4. Identify external factors that could impact business operations and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  5. Assess competitors' strengths and weaknesses to develop strategies for market differentiation.
  6. Analyze market trends to determine profitable investment opportunities.
  7. Develop medium-term to long-term strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  8. Recommend changes to organizational structures or business processes to increase efficiencies.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  2. Fluent English (Mandatory)
  3. Nice to have: Spanish
  4. 3-6 years of experience as a strategic advisor, management consultant, or in a similar role.
  5. Advanced experience working in a global matrixed organization.
  6. Advanced experience guiding strategic projects and achieving success outcomes.
