About the Role

As an HR Business Partner at ENGIE Group, you will play a critical role in driving business success through strategic people management. You will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders to understand and address business needs, developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies to support them.
    • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including talent management, organizational design, and change management.
  • HR Program Management
    • Develop and implement HR programs that drive business results, such as talent development initiatives, performance management processes, and compensation and benefits strategies.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement HR-related projects.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
    • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to support their growth and career advancement.
  • Business Acumen
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business, including its goals, objectives, and challenges.
    • Use business acumen to inform HR decisions and strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 10+ years of experience in HR business partnering or HR management roles in multinational companies.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
    • Postgraduate studies (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  • Skills
    • Strong business acumen and ability to understand and apply knowledge of the business to achieve company goals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making and change.
