Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality HR services to our employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Service Delivery: Provide first-line support for all HR queries across the employee lifecycle, from new hires to employees leaving the business.
  • Employee Administration: Manage employee-related administration for HR processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Case Management: Handle employee enquiries in the Case Management system, prioritizing customer happiness and adhering to service level agreements.
  • Information Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information, resources, manuals, and policies for assigned countries.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure administrative compliance with local regulations and authorities, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Vendor Management: Review, validate, and approve vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Project Support: Participate in business/functional projects as required, providing HR expertise and support.
  • Data Management: Ensure the accurate filing and storing of employee data, adhering to data protection requirements.
Requirements
  • Shared Service Experience: Proven experience in shared service environments, with expertise in ticketing systems.
  • HR Knowledge: Basic understanding of Human Resources programs, practices, and regulations/legal requirements.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse work environment.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential, with Portuguese knowledge considered an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with experience in HR database platforms (Workday) and Time & Attendance and absence management systems an advantage.
