Jouw rol Als HR Business Partner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van de HR-strategie van de groep naar lokaal niveau. Je bent een sparringpartner voor managers voor de meer complexe HR-vraagstukken, waaronder strategisch personeelsplanning en de groeipaden van onze medewerkers. Je vormt een sterk team met de HR-adviseur, die zich richt op de eerste- en tweedelijns support van medewerkers en teamleiders binnen hetzelfde aandachtsgebied. Als team leveren jullie de benodigde HR-support aan de toegewezen afdelingen en zorgen jullie er met de managers voor dat onze medewerkers tevreden en trots zijn. Naast je rol als HR business partner voor managers, leid of werk je mee aan corporate HR-projecten. Je ontwikkelt initiatieven met het HR-team die de bedrijfsdoelstellingen ondersteunen en bent verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie hiervan binnen jouw aandachtsgebied. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met de Teamleider HR-advies (jouw leidinggevende), het corporate recruitment team en de HR & payroll process specialist. Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je fungeert als partner voor de managers om hun bedrijfsdoelstellingen te begrijpen en initieert initiatieven ter ondersteuning hiervan.
  • Je analyseert HR-gegevens en -statistieken om trends en verbeterpunten te identificeren, en ontwikkelt actieplannen om deze aan te pakken.
  • Je coacht managers op het gebied van effectief leiderschap en management.
  • Je ondersteunt organisatorische veranderingsinitiatieven en werkt samen met managers om een succesvolle implementatie te waarborgen.
  • Je werkt samen met het talent acquisitieteam om top talent te identificeren en te werven om aan de bedrijfsbehoeften van de organisatie te voldoen.
  • Je leidt talentmanagementinitiatieven, waaronder talentbeoordeling, opvolgingsplanning en leiderschapsontwikkeling.
  • Je biedt begeleiding en advies aan managers over HR-beleid en -procedures en zorgt voor naleving van wet en regelgeving.
  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert HR-programma's en -initiatieven.
Vereisten
  • Je hebt een afgeronde Hbo-opleiding en bent minimaal drie jaar werkzaam in een functie als HR business partner.
  • Je bent een prettige en zelfverzekerde gesprekspartner.
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatie- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, en het vermogen om sterke relaties met belanghebbenden op te bouwen.
  • Je hebt een bewezen staat van dienst in het ontwikkelen en implementeren van HR-programma's en -initiatieven die bedrijfsdoelstellingen ondersteunen.
  • Je beschikt over analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om HR-statistieken en -gegevens te gebruiken voor besluitvorming.
  • Je vindt het leuk om pragmatisch samen te werken met jouw managers en daarnaast op bedrijfsniveau mee te denken over onze lange termijn plannen.
  • Je bent zowel in staat om de details in te duiken als het grotere geheel te overzien.
  • Je bent vaardig in het Nederlands én Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
