As the Country Head of Spain, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our company's business in the Spanish market. This includes leading our marketing and sales efforts to scale our platform, as well as managing the localization of our Spanish platform in close alignment with key departments.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for Spain, including marketing and sales plans.
- Lead the localization of our Spanish platform, ensuring alignment with key departments.
- Manage the Spanish market team, including hiring, training, and development.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and industry leaders.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Country Head of Spain. The ideal candidate will have:
- A university degree in business, economics, or a comparable field.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in consulting, finance, or the startup industry.
- Knowledge of the Spanish retail market, with a focus on financial services.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Native Spanish skills, fluency in English, and Portuguese is a plus.
