About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team at Games Workshop. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing expert advice to help them achieve their goals
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure they have the right product range in stock and identify opportunities to close deals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and drive growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Strong business development and sales skills, with a proven track record of driving growth and increasing revenue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • High-level business acumen, with a deep understanding of the retail industry and the ability to analyze business data to inform sales strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to achieve business objectives
  • Fluency in German, Romanian, and English
