About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Support Specialist to join our Global team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our regulatory reporting services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to a broad range of clients, ensuring timely and effective management of client workflows.
  • Communicate complex regulatory information to clients, resolving daily reporting issues and escalating issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in client training and site visits, helping clients understand how our solution works and how to resolve reporting issues.
  • Assist in validation and UAT for issue resolution, working on client-specific projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • Client-facing experience with a strong understanding of financial services, particularly securities finance.
  • Knowledge of transaction reporting and regulatory requirements, with a focus on EMIR, MiFID, ASIC, CFTC, SEC, and SFTR.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and understanding of SQL, API, and other vendor systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to listen, learn quickly, and demonstrate initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
