Job Title: Systems Administrator Trainee

At Id Finance, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Systems Administrator Trainee to join our team. As a Systems Administrator Trainee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliable and effective use of IT systems by end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and maintenance of computer and office equipment.
  • Ensure the operational functionality of the company's network.
  • Provide data backup services and data recovery if necessary.
  • Inventory management, warehouse management, and analysis of equipment characteristics for acquisition planning.
  • Address employee requests for maintenance, deployment of workstations, and ensure the operation of office equipment.
  • Configuration and support of office information systems.
  • Collaborate with other IT departments in configuring or deploying systems.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on technical work.
  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational and planning abilities.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to suggest improvements.
  • Competent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sociability, emotional balance, benevolence, and willingness to help others.
  • Ability to work with and influence people at all levels of the organization.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
  • Advanced English.
  • Knowledge of common software (MS Office and Office 365, accounting software, and other programs).
  • Understanding of network protocols and computer network construction principles.
  • Knowledge of PC hardware and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and Windows Server.
