Sustainability Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sustainability Performance Apprentice. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our supplier sustainability performance monitoring and improvement initiatives.
About the RoleAs a Sustainability Performance Apprentice, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the group responsible sourcing managers in monitoring and improving supplier sustainability performance
- Participating in the implementation of our new supplier sustainability risk management tool
- Contributing to the internal engagement and capabilities enhancement program
- Drafting communication support tailored towards our strategic clients

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A first exposure to procurement or sustainability in a corporate environment with a strong interest in sustainability within the supply chain
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- Perfect written and spoken English
- Data-driven decision-making skills with excellent project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Proactive problem-solving and self-starting abilities
