We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Performance Lead to join our team at DSM. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will play a critical role in driving sustainability initiatives and ensuring that our supply chain is aligned with our company's values and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of sustainability strategies and programs across our procurement organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate sustainability risks and opportunities.
  • Design and execute supplier engagement and development programs to promote sustainability best practices.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sustainability performance and progress.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on sustainability topics to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in procurement or sustainability with a strong focus on responsible sourcing.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
