Join Our Team as a Sustainability Performance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Performance Lead to join our team at Dsm. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will play a critical role in driving sustainability initiatives and ensuring that our supply chain is ethical, traceable, and sustainable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead supplier sustainability performance monitoring and improvement for assigned business units
  • Propose medium-term quantitative KPIs and drive program metrics
  • Co-lead certification at manufacturer and plantation level framework definition and execution
  • Design and execute suppliers' sustainability risks program in collaboration with Procurement Excellence and group risk and quality departments
  • Establish policies and processes compliance
  • Contribute to internal engagement and procurement capabilities sustainability enhancement program
  • Benchmark programs with leading industry players and engage with relevant specialized organizations to identify gaps
What You'll Bring:
  • 8-10 years of successful track record within procurement with a strong interest in responsible sourcing topics or sustainability with some experience in procurement
  • Solid experience managing wide varieties of stakeholders with conflicting interests, including executive-level
