Sustainability Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Supplier Sustainability Performance leads and work closely with our category manager to monitor our suppliers' performance and improvement plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the group responsible sourcing managers in our supplier's sustainability performance monitoring & improvement.
- Participate in the implementation of our new supplier's sustainability risk management tool.
- Contribute to the internal engagement and capabilities enhancement program.
- Draft communication support tailored toward our strategic clients.

We are looking for a candidate with a first exposure to Procurement or Sustainability in a corporate with a strong interest in sustainability within the supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience, perfect written and spoken English, data-driven decision-making skills, excellent project management and organizational skills, and excellent communication and influencing skills.
