Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Analyst to join our team. As a Senior IT Support Analyst, you will use your knowledge and experience to effectively diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, optimize support processes, and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Optimize support processes
- Mentor junior team members
- Provide guidance and support to the more junior members of your team
- Act as project team lead
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- ITIL Foundation V3 or V4 (It is a Big Plus)
- Microsoft Azure (Desired)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Desired)
- 3 - 5 years working as IT Support Lead, Service Manager, or IT systems administrator
- Proficiency in a variety of operating systems, hardware, software applications, cloud computing, Office 365, Intune, Okta, and network protocols
- Knowledge and experience in leading projects following PMP and SCRUM
- In-depth knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL and ITOM
- Experience in IT support, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
