Senior IT Support Analyst

Thirdera is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Analyst to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the stability and functionality of our technology environment, delivering exceptional user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing support processes and mentoring junior team members.
  • Provide mentoring, guidance, and support to junior team members, sometimes acting as project team lead.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and contribute to the overall success of our IT operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • ITIL Foundation V3 or V4 certification (a plus).
  • Microsoft Azure and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certifications (desired).
  • 3-5 years of experience working as an IT Support Lead, Service Manager, or IT systems administrator.
  • Proficiency in various operating systems, hardware, software applications, cloud computing, Office 365, Intune, Okta, and network protocols.
  • Knowledge and experience in leading projects following PMP and SCRUM.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL and ITOM.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
