We are in search of a German-Speaking Team Supervisor to contribute to our exciting projects, partnering with leading brands across various sectors including technology, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and more.
Your Role
As a Team Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in communications with clients
- Assisting Advisors in resolving inquiries
- Evaluating and enhancing case management processes
- Monitoring case handling with effective time management
- Addressing and resolving cases
- Tracking and reporting team performance metrics
- Providing constructive feedback to newly hired agents to enhance their performance and motivation
- Inspiring team members to reduce turnover and retain motivated individuals
- Reporting productivity metrics to management on a daily basis
- Analyzing data and presenting findings to Supervisors and/or Program Managers
We would be a great fit if you:
- Are fluent in German and possess intermediate English skills
- Have experience in a customer service environment
- Exhibit strong leadership capabilities
- Possess working knowledge of Zendesk or similar CRM systems, as well as IT tools and applications such as MS Windows and MS Office
- Have experience collaborating with Product and Engineering Teams in a SaaS context (preferred)
- Can quickly adapt to new software and evolving business needs
- Have familiarity with E-Commerce and ERP systems (advantageous)
