About the Role

The Client Success team at Gartner is dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our clients. As a Client Success Partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every Gartner client receives the support and guidance they need to achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various business functions, providing tailored support and guidance to drive client success.
  2. Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients, communicating the value and benefits of our offerings.
  3. Facilitate client calls, understand client priorities, and develop strategic plans to drive high-value outcomes and return on investment.
  4. Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value delivered to clients.
  5. Conduct regular reviews of client performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of relevant professional experience, with a proven track record of success in client-facing roles.
  2. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and drive results.
  3. Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on business, marketing, or a related field.
