Leadtech Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at Leadtech. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for ensuring full-cycle recruitment processes with a high-quality standard, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring outstanding employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement the overall international recruiting strategy for a wide variety of roles within the mobile app industry.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications to ensure they accurately reflect the requirements of the role.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives, and prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job board.
  • Conduct active searches for candidates, identify main business competitors to attract exceptional talent, and conduct screening interviews, online and/or via telephone.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes, and build strong relationships with candidates to ensure optimal candidate experience.
  • Manage the offer process, work with the hiring manager to discuss the compensation package, level, and start date, and prepare all necessary documentation and approvals prior to presenting offers to candidates.
  • Prepare the onboarding process of new employees with the hiring manager to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices, gather and analyze key recruitment data and useful HR metrics to improve performance, and plan and organize internal and external events to promote greater visibility to the company and facilitate new contacts with potential candidates.
  • Participate in defining employer branding best strategies to promote Leadtech's culture internationally and promote the company's reputation as the best place to work.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the mobile app industry and marketing for mobile applications.
  • Experience recruiting and hiring internationally.
