BSC-CNS is seeking a highly skilled Education and Training Officer to join our team as the AI Factory Training Program Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading supercomputing center in Spain and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI training programs.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, driving, and updating the BSC AI Factory Training Program, ensuring it stays relevant to the rapidly evolving AI field. This includes organizing program structure, facilitating partnerships with AI-focused companies and research institutes, managing enrollment and tracking, and introducing emerging technologies into the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive framework for courses, workshops, and other activities
- Build relationships with AI-focused companies and research institutes
- Oversee student enrollment processes and ensure timely feedback
- Regularly review and update the curriculum based on the latest advancements in AI
- Integrate new tools and platforms into the curriculum
- Implement workshops and certifications in AI methodologies
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training and Development, or a related field, and essential knowledge and professional experience in AI technologies and program management. Team leadership, curriculum design, and educational methodologies are also highly valued.
What We OfferBSC-CNS offers a full-time contract with a good working environment and flexible hours. The salary is 45,000€, and the starting date is ASAP, before 16th December 2024. We also offer 23 paid vacation days plus additional days as per collective agreement.
