At EF Education First, we're dedicated to opening the world through education. As an Educational Advisor, you'll play a vital role in transforming the lives of our clients through international experiences abroad.

What We're Looking For
  • A dynamic, competitive, and disciplined individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • An expert in negotiation and closing techniques, with the ability to manage a CRM and build and strengthen solid business relationships.
  • Someone who has lived, worked, or studied abroad and understands what it means to start this extraordinary adventure.
Your Mission
  • To identify potential customers, inspire them, and guide them in their decision to live an international experience.
  • To drive the development of opportunities, creating exceptional experiences and leading to mutually beneficial agreements that create shared value.
  • To participate in fairs, visits, and meetings, representing the brand and building connections that grow the business.
Essential Requirements
  • 4 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in sales (ideally in the education or services sector).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent Spanish.
  • C1 English level (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, always focused on achieving goals.
  • International experience (study/work).
  • Good presence and ability to speak in public.
