The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our scooter fleet and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. Your primary goal will be to increase utilization of e-scooters by maintaining a well-maintained fleet, ensuring a wide range of scooters are available to customers at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the scooter fleet, ensuring it is intact, active on the street, and core KPIs are met.
  2. Supervise operations partners, mechanics, and rangers to ensure seamless daily operations.
  3. Build and maintain close relationships with city officials and partners to ensure smooth operations.
  4. Support the Expansion team during in-region expansion.
  5. Perform performance management, overseeing the performance of operations in different cities.
  6. Communicate and share best practices with local markets, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
  7. Support marketing activities and build strategic partnerships in your city.

Requirements

  1. 2-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, delivery, warehouse management, or similar roles.
  2. Ability to give directions and supervise operations partners and mechanics.
  3. Interest in the mobility sector and good technical understanding.
  4. Smart, fast, and hands-on.
  5. Fluent English language skills.
  6. Experience in a startup or other fast-changing environment.
  7. Willing to travel.
