About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Expert Watch Specialist to join our team at LVMH in Madrid. As an Expert Watch Specialist, you will be an ambassador of the luxury watch brand, leveraging your entrepreneurial mindset to develop and drive the watch business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive watch sales and growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and creating desirability in luxury watches
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest watch trends and technologies, sharing your expertise with the team and clients
  • Work closely with the management team and head office to drive business growth and development
  • Contribute to the development of the watch category, leveraging your passion and expertise to build team confidence and drive sales

Requirements

  • Proven track record of cultivating and growing successful client relationships in luxury retail
  • Advanced knowledge of watch business and luxury retail
  • Fluent Spanish and English
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
