As a Content Specialist - German Language Expert at Amazon, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of content available on Prime Video. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply expert knowledge of the German language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
  • Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Create or fix media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality, adhering to Amazon's standards.
About the Team

The Prime Video Global Operations team partners with various stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, ensuring on-time, defect-free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience.

Requirements
  • Fluency in German language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and provide insights while working with creative content.
