Job Title: Expert International Accounting Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Expert International Accounting Specialist to join our team at Ngk Europe. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing expert accounting services to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
  • Execute quarterly and yearly statements and compile all requested documents via our platform.
  • Coordinate J-SOX testing for the Finance Department and communicate with Internal Audit.
  • Post new assets, perform monthly depreciation runs, and manage IFRS16.
  • Communicate with fleet management and book payroll for Poland and Spain.
  • Update management presentations and set up monthly reporting for our Global Headquarters in Japan.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting and a comparable position.
  • Professional knowledge of HGB and IFRS.
  • High degree of flexibility for ad hoc requests.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and German.
  • Solid user knowledge of MS Office programs, particularly Excel and SAP/FI.
