The Role

As our Commercial Director, you will lead our sales department and report directly to our Chief Strategy Officer. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a global commercial strategy that aligns with our company objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Define Sales Objectives: Establish clear, measurable, and achievable sales targets that drive business growth.
  • Design Commercial Strategy: Develop a comprehensive global commercial strategy that aligns with our sales and company objectives.
  • Lead the Commercial Team: Supervise and manage the performance of our commercial team, ensuring they meet their objectives and contribute to our company's success.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously analyze the market, identifying opportunities and threats, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • New Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to enter new markets.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with partners, customers, and suppliers, ensuring their needs are met and our company's objectives are achieved.
  • Strategic Alliances: Propose and develop strategic alliances with other companies or organizations to support our business objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze the results of our commercial strategy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing, Customer Success, and Proposals, to ensure a cohesive and effective sales organization.

Your Skills and Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience leading sales teams in the renewable energy industry.
  • Experience working in SCADA and control center sales, as well as SaaS products within the sector.
  • Proven track record of opening new customers and markets at a global level.
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
