Digital Advertising Sales Manager

Teleperformance Spain is a leading provider of customer experience management and contact center services. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ads Sales Account Manager to join our team.
About the RoleAs an Ads Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and managing advertising clients across various platforms and channels. This role requires a dynamic and motivated individual with a strong sales background, a deep understanding of digital advertising, and the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential advertising clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Sales Pitch and Presentation: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' advertising objectives, target audiences, and budget constraints.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and activities.
- Revenue Growth and Account Expansion: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals by consistently acquiring new clients and maximizing existing account value.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably in the digital advertising industry.
- In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- C1 level of English.
- Native level of Dutch.
- Full-time position, from Monday to Friday, 39 hours/week.
