About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Discipline Engineer to join our team in Barcelona. As a Discipline Engineer, you will be responsible for performing calculation activities and delivering high-quality results in compliance with QCD commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Finite Element Analysis in Hyperworks software
  • Analyze calculated deformations, stresses, and vibration modes obtained
  • Suggest design improvements of calculated parts
  • Define gauges position for strain gauge test with full scale parts
  • Prepare and document calculation discipline reports, calculation notes showing FEA conclusions
  • Perform correlation analysis with test results
  • Prepare and document Mechanical Domain Design Reviews
  • Comply with QCD commitments and report on calculation discipline activities progress
  • Apply discipline rules, processes, and tools to ensure discipline calculation deliverables quality
Requirements
  • Mechanical Engineering degree
  • Experience in Finite Element Analysis and calculation activities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
