We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Freelance Marketing Specialist to join our team at EVERBLISS GREEN for the Sea Otter Europe 2024 event. This is a part-time opportunity that requires a strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup and dismantling of exhibition booths, displays, and signage.
  • Support the team with setup requirements and address on-site issues or concerns.
  • Ensure proper organization and maintenance of exhibition materials and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting exhibition attendees.
  • Help manage visitor flow, answer inquiries, and provide event information.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth operations during the exhibition.
  • Assist in coordinating logistics, including inventory management and transportation arrangements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure the safety of the exhibition area.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English is a requirement; bilingualism (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions attentively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual work, including lifting and moving exhibition materials.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and technology.
  • A strong commitment to professionalism and delivering high-quality service.
