Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sourcing strategy to identify and attract high-quality candidates for our clients' job openings.
  2. Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to determine the perfect fit for specific job roles.
  3. Collaborate with our Senior Recruitment Manager and Managing Director to drive successful recruitment placements.
  4. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities.
  5. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers as needed.
  6. Ensure candidate profiles are accurately maintained in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements:

  1. Proficient in English and French (spoken and written) - this is a non-negotiable requirement.
  2. Full availability between 8-8 Mon-Fri (GMT+1).
  3. Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting French-speaking talent, particularly in the Volume Tech, SaaS, BPO, and Languages sectors.
  4. Access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator and a minimum of 10,000 connections.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and work independently.
  7. Strong time management, responsiveness, and organizational abilities.
  8. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
