Job Title: Project Lead - Commercial Excellence

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead projects related to commercial excellence at Reconocida empresa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improvement through data analysis, strategic planning, and effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Leadership: Lead projects related to commercial excellence, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
  2. Data Analysis: Analyze complex databases to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  3. Business Development: Support the sales team by developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  4. Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and senior leadership.
  6. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 5 years of experience in business analytics, project management, or a related field.
  3. Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced level), and experience with Power BI or dashboards.
  5. Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, effective interpersonal communication and consultative skills, both verbal and written.
